DeliveriesDeliveries to the UK are by Interlink Express and normally arrive within 2 business days. The cost is £4.99 per order.
Deliveries within the EU are by Fedex and take up to 7 days to arrive. The cost is £19.99 per order.
Deliveries to the US are by Fedex and take up to 7 Days to arrive. The cost is £19.99 per order.
Deliveries to the Rest of World are by Fedex and normally take up to 7 days to arrive. The cost is £34.99 per order.
Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.
FREE International Shipping Offer
Orders that total over £200 GBP (including VAT) qualify for free international shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time. Your checkout must total at least £200 to select FREE Shipping. This includes VAT where applicable.
Refunds & Returns
Items should be returned new, unused, and unworn. We are sorry, but any goods that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We require all designers packaging, where applicable, including branded boxes, tags or dust bags, to be returned in new condition.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas orders), for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items over £200 ex VAT. may be returned/exchanged free of charge with no shipping costs.
Important information for International customers
Please mark returned packages 'Returned Items'. Archer Adams will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package.
We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Archer Adams at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to have any returned item value added to your account as Store Credit, rather than a refund, for future use, please clearly state this on the Returns Form. The Store Credit is valid from 12months from date and you can use this at any time, simply by logging into your account. The Store Credit will deduct automatically from any value at the Checkout stage.
